Per la realizzazione del prodotto vengono utilizzati formaggi a pasta dura e semidura stagionati, ottenuti da latte vaccino.
Il confezionamento avviene in atmosfera modificata. For the realization of the product are used hard and semi-hard cheeses, obtained from cow’s milk. Potato starch is added as anti-caking agent. The packaging is carried out in a modified atmosphere. |
